ACC Acquires 163-Bed Student Housing Community Near Syracuse University

Syracuse, N.Y. — American Campus Communities has acquired #BLVD404, a 163-bed student housing community located near Syracuse University in New York.

The developer, a joint venture between BLVD Equities and Rosen Property Group, sold the property. Community amenities at #BLVD404 include an on-site convenience store, 24-hour management, a fitness facility, individual and group study rooms and on-site parking. The property also features a Hall of Fame Resident Lounge named after legendary Syracuse University basketball coach Jim Boeheim, who was a partner in the project. The lounge is complete with large sections of the carrier dome court on the wall, a pool table and a television.
