Indianapolis — American Campus Communities and Butler University have commenced construction on a 648-bed residence hall, located on the southern border of the Butler campus in Indianapolis.
The property will offer suite-style accommodations with state-of-the-art amenities including a fitness center and gaming lounges. Completion is scheduled for fall 2018. The community is the second phase in the Butler University-American Campus Communities partnership, which delivered Fairview House in fall 2016.
