Indianapolis — Indianapolis-based Annex Student Living has promoted Rob Martinson to CIO and named Julie Elliott as general counsel.
Martinson previously served as vice president of development for Annex. As CIO, Martinson will be responsible for overseeing all investment opportunities, managing and monitoring the organization’s portfolio and developing strategies for growth.
With 15 years of legal experience, Elliott will be responsible for developing and leading legal strategy to promote and protect the interest of the Annex portfolio.
