Murfreesboro, Tenn. — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of 1540 Place, an 864-bed student housing community located near Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.
The community — previously known as College Grove — offers two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities include a fitness center, business center, on-site dog park, sand volleyball court, two tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool and picnic areas with grills.
Renovations are planned for the property, to include upgrading flooring, appliances and the general aesthetic of each unit; the addition of updated fitness equipment to the fitness center; and redesigning the property’s clubhouse and leasing office. Asset Campus Housing also plans to pursue certification under the city’s Crime Free Multi-Housing Program.
