Denton, Texas — Campus First Student Living has acquired Midtown at Denton, a 432-bed student housing community located near the University of North Texas campus in Denton.
The company is rebranding the property Midtown 905. The community offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-path parity. Shared amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, study lounge, game room, swimming pool and tanning facilities.
Renovations are planned for the property, to include the addition of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, private study areas, a dog park, car ports, an outdoor kitchen and music rooms; upgrades to the leasing office and clubhouse; and new exterior painting and landscaping improvements.
