Birmingham, Ala. — Capstone Development Partners has announced two promotions within the leadership of the company’s property management subsidiary, Capstone Management Partners.
Matthew Brown has been promoted from senior vice president of operations to president, and Jana Faro has been promoted from portfolio manager to vice president of operations. The promotion of Brown and Faro reflects the growth of the Birmingham-based company, which is posted for expansion with multiple properties coming into its portfolio in 2019.
