Oshkosh, Wis. — Construction is currently underway on Annex 71, a 310-bed development by Annex Student Living near the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
The property — designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning — will offer one-, two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities are set to include a clubhouse with a kitchen, indoor bicycle parking, storage space, an outdoor patio for events, a fitness room and study lounge. The community is being designed to appeal to both students and young professionals. The property was formerly home to Lamico Inc., a manufacturer of wooden crutches, and was rezoned from industrial to residential in April. Completion is slated for summer 2018.
