San Antonio — FourPoint Investment Sales Partners has arranged the sale of The Luxx, a 694-bed student housing community located near the University of Texas at San Antonio.
The property offers one-, two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a swim-up bar; a two-story fitness area; a cyber café; and outdoor study areas. Chris Epp, Chris Bancroft, Meredith Wolff and Craig Miller of FourPoint represented the seller, the NRP Group, in the disposition of the property. The Preiss Co. acquired the asset.
