Coral Gables, Fla. — Hunt Real Estate Capital has provided a $9.4 million refinancing for Orduna Court, a 24-unit student housing community located near the University of Miami in Coral Gables. The Fannie Mae conventional loan features a 10-year term with five years of interest-only payments. The Aztec Group arranged the financing on behalf of the undisclosed borrower. The community offers two- and three-bedroom units with shared amenities including a community entertainment area, resort-style swimming pool and storage lockers.
