Denver — Cardinal Group has hired three new property management executives and two new community managers. At the Denver headquarters, Dan Hawley, Jake Johnson and Jennifer Jones join Cardinal Group Management. Hawley will serve as portfolio manager, overseeing daily operation of 2,200 beds throughout the Southeast. He has worked for EdR for the past 10 years.

Johnson, who joins Cardinal after working with Trinitas Ventures for the past five years, will be working with Cardinal Group's COO on special projects, system improvements and implementation. And Jones has been promoted from assistant community manager in Athens, Ga., to work in systems training.

Tyrell Hullum, who worked as a turnaround specialist for Asset Campus Housing, will be leading similar efforts at University Towers in Austin, Texas. Additionally, Scott Montgomery will manage The U ι Raleigh. He comes to Cardinal after managing communities for American Campus Communities and GMH.
