Peak Campus Picks Up UNC Management Contract

Level 51 Ten in Chapel Hill.Chapel Hill, N.C. — Peak Campus Management is the new manager of Level 51 Ten, a 602-bed student housing community near the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

The complex was built in 2003 and offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom flats and townhomes, each with private baths and an optional furniture package. Community amenities include a clubhouse with wi-fi, resort style pool, 24-hour fitness center, computer lab, volleyball court and a car wash center.

After some planned improvements, the property will also offer a game room with pool and other gaming tables, a high pressure tanning dome, expanded and enhanced fitness center, a full size basketball court, enhanced computer lab and gaming stations with high-definition TVs.
