WalnutCreekWEBWalnut Creek Apartments.Carbondale, Ill. — Sheldon Good & Company will conduct the sale of Walnut Creek Apartments, a 184-unit, garden-style apartment complex, whose tenants are 75 percent students. The property includes 23 two-story buildings spread over 11 acres of landscaped grounds. It is 2 miles from Southern Illinois University. A buyer will be able to name a price and purchase the property at auction with bids due May 9, 2012.
