Innovative Student Housing Forms JV for Luxury Lousiville Mixed-Use Project

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Innovative Student Housing has formed a joint venture with a Kentucky-based investment group to develop a five-story luxury student housing and retail project just off the campus of the University of Louisville. The partnership, Cardinal Student Housing and Development LLC, is seeking rezoning from the city to build this 830-bed mixed-use site.
