Dinerstein Sells University of Cincinnati Property

SterlingMcMillan2WEBCINCINNATI — M&A Real Estate Partners of Los Angeles  has purchased Sterling McMillan, a 442-bed student housing property near the University of Cincinnati. It was owned by Sterling University Housing, the student housing division of the Dinerstein Companies, which acquired the complex under the name McMillan Manor in 2009.
