Asset Campus Housing to Manage Two New Developments

401 Lofts in Akron, Ohio.Houston — Asset Campus Housing has accepted two new management assignments.

Wannamaker Plaza is a student housing redevelopment in Philadelphia near Temple University. The 14-story community provides 832 beds. It is being developed by The Goldenberg Group and will open with phase one in fall 2014.

401 Lofts is a new student housing development in Akron, Ohio, that will provide 328 beds for students attending the University of Akron and will also market to young professionals. The owner and developer is Campus360, and the project will open fall 2013.
