CMG and CampusWorks To Build Virginia Tech Project

Knollwood Apartments in Blacksburg, Va.Blacksburg, Va. — Blackburg-based Campus Management Group and Charlotte, N.C.-based CampusWorks will begin construction of Knollwood Apartments, a new 224-bed student housing community at Virginia Tech, in June. The Class-A community will be located across from the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center and the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, and will feature a highly amenitized clubhouse and swimming pool. The community will open for the start of the fall semester in 2013.
