Berkadia and Madderra & Cazalot Close on Prairie View A&M Financing

Dallas — The Dallas office of Berkadia Mortgage, in cooperation with Madderra & Cazalot, has closed on the permanent financing of University Trails – Prairie View in an FHA 223(f) mortgage with a fixed rate of 3.87 percent on fully-amortizing 35-year loan at 80 percent LTV. The loan will also be serviced by Berkadia Mortgage.

University Trails – Prairie View was constructed in 2001, contains 120 beds and is located near Prairie View A&M University. The property is managed by THP PM Group, LLC, an affiliate of TEXLA Housing Partners.
