Waco, Texas — Hunt Mortgage Group has provided a $26 million Freddie Mac loan for the acquisition of Domain at Waco, a student housing property located near the Baylor University campus in Waco.
An undisclosed commercial real estate and multifamily investor acquired the property. The community consists of seven, three-story buildings, comprised of one-, two- and four-bedroom units.
Each fully-furnished apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, granite countertops, ceiling fans and balconies.
Community amenities include a clubroom, resort style pool, group fitness rooms, study rooms, a computer center, BBQ grills, a theater, game room, tanning facility, basketball court, sports field, dog park, fire pit and gazebo area.
