Oxford, Ohio — RISE: A Real Estate Company has acquired Oxford West Apartments, a 545-bed student housing community located near Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
The company plans to complete significant renovations on the property, to include upgraded stainless steel appliances; the addition of in-unit washers and dryers; and updated countertops, flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Terms of the sale and the seller were undisclosed.
