East Peoria, Ill. — Capstone On-Campus Management has assumed management of WoodView Commmons, a student housing community on the campus of Illinois Central College, in East Peoria.
WoodView is owned by Educational Foundation Student Residence LLC. The community provides living for 330 students in efficiency, two- and four-bedroom apartment-style living arrangements. All units have complete kitchens and are fully furnished. The community amenities include a clubhouse with game room, computer lab and laundry facility, and basketball and volleyball courts.
