Clemson, S.C. — Tiger Properties of Clemson has been awarded management of Tiger Towne Farmhouses, a 228-bed student housing community located near Clemson University in South Carolina.
The property was developed by a partnership between Eric Newton and AST Development, and offers two-bedroom, cottage-style units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, tanning deck, grilling area, beach volleyball, a putting green, bocce ball court, fire pit and three hammock gardens. The community also features a clubhouse with a study room, printing station, coffee bar and fitness center.
