Dekalb, Ill. — Triad Real Estate Partners has arranged the $31.6 million sale of a 43-property, 969-bed student housing portfolio located near Northern Illinois University in Dekalb.
The undisclosed local seller sold the properties to a private investment group out of Evanston, Illinois. Triad brokered the transaction.
