Lawrence, Kan. — Trinitas has broken ground on The Nest by Trinitas, a 784-bed, cottage-style community located near the University of Kansas in Lawrence.
The property will offer fully furnished two-story duplexes and three-story townhomes. Shared amenities will include five acres of natural green space, an indoor basketball court, resort-style pool and hot tub, 24-hour fitness center with a yoga and spin studio, private study lounges, a computer café and a private shuttles to campus. The community was designed by KJG Architecture Inc. and financed by Associated Bank, and is set to open in fall 2019.
