San Luis Obispo, Calif. and San Marcos, Texas — Asset Campus Housing has been selected as the management company of two off-campus student housing properties.
Mustang Village is a 1,006-bed student housing community located within walking distance of California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.
Mustang Village offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units with private bedrooms and full-furnishing options. The student housing complex will undergo interior and exterior renovations to include upgraded flooring, cabinetry, counters, lighting, appliances and furniture. Upon completion of the renovations, amenities for the Mustang Village apartments will include a newly refurbished basketball court, BBQ grills, picnic area, computer lab, study room, TV lounge and pool.
The Reserve at West Avenue is a 488-bed student housing project near the main campus of Texas State University in San Marcos. Built in 1998, the Reserve at West Avenue, formerly known as University Springs, offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. Private amenities for the community include in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets and private bedrooms with individual locks.
The Reserve at West Avenue is currently undergoing interior and exterior renovations. Upon completion, the complex will have new fitness equipment, study rooms, a dog park, new business center computers and an updated clubhouse.
