Lafayette, La. — Alpha Management Partners has been awarded management of Campion at Lafayette, a 595-bed student housing property located near the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
The community offers one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and lazy river, dog spa, smart home technology, valet trash and a jogging trail.
