Ambling Awarded Management of Two Communities

The communities are located on the campuses of Temple University and Western Michigan University.

Philadelphia and Kalamazoo, Mich. — Ambling Management Co. has been awarded the management assignment for two student housing communities that are currently under construction. The first community is being built by Beech Interplex near Temple University in Philadelphia. Known as Beech International Village, the community will contain 172 beds.

The second property is 1324 Lafayette, which is located in Kalamazoo near Western Michigan University. The approximately 425-bed community was previously known as West Campus Apartments but is currently undergoing a renovation. The owner, Encore Property Investment, is completing unit upgrades as well as adding a new clubhouse with a swimming pool.

The construction timetables for both projects were not released.
