Athens, Ga. — Ambling Management Company (AMC), an affiliate of Ambling Companies, Inc., has partnered with the Vestcor Companies for a fourth time. AMC will manage The Flats at Carrs Hill, which Vestcor developed. The 316-bed project within walking distance of the main University of Georgia campus and downtown Athens. It opened July 1, one month ahead of schedule. AMC has hired Jennifer Reynolds, who has 10-plus years experience in the apartment industry, as leasing manager.
The Flats at Carrs Hill offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting at $550 per person, per month. The community hosted a grand opening pool party on June 21 that included a pig roast on the 10,000-square-foot pool deck overlooking the Oconee River.
