ARTISAN, MJW Investments Acquire 663-Bed Student Housing Community Near University of Iowa

Coralville, Iowa — ARTISAN Capital Group and MJW Investments have acquired Latitude at River Landing, a 663-bed student housing community located near the University of Iowa in Coralville. The property was delivered in 2019 and will be rebranded The Banks – Student Living. Shared amenities include a swimming pool and jumbotron, hot tubs, study rooms, a fitness center, lounge, game room, full-size basketball court and 24-hour private campus shuttle service. JLL secured debt financing for the acquisition through Pacific Life. This is the second student housing acquisition by the partnership this year, following the purchase of a 508-bed community located near the University of Nevada, Reno in January.
