Aspen Heights Breaks Ground in Georgia and Missouri

Statesboro, Ga., and Columbia, Mo. — The new communities will feature a housing mix.

Statesboro, Ga., and Columbia, Mo. — Construction is underway on two Aspen Heights projects in Georgia and Missouri. The 65-acre Statesboro project is the second development by Aspen Heights in Georgia. The 1,087-bed project will include two- and three-bedroom duplexes and row homes, and four- and five-bedroom houses as well as resort-style amenities and an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse. In Columbia, Aspen Heights has started building its first project in this city. The 39-acre property will house 972 residents and include two- and three-bedroom duplexes and row homes.
