Aspen Heights Breaks Ground on 96-Unit Community Near Penn State University

State College, Pa. — Aspen Heights Partners has broken ground on Aspen West End, a 96-unit development located near the Penn State University campus in State College. Located at 900 West College Ave., the community will feature a bus stop with direct service to the Penn State campus. Bus passes will be free to residents. The community will also offer shared amenities including a two-story fitness center, game room, breakout study areas, three outdoor courtyards and a rooftop terrace. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023. Aspen Heights also recently broke ground on Aspen East Penn, a 651-bed development also serving students attending Penn State University.
