Tampa, Fla. — Aspen Heights Partners has broken ground on Aspen Heights Tampa, a cottage-style student housing development located near the University of South Florida.

The community will offer 67 two- and three-story, cottage- and townhome-style units. Shared amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, computer and study center, resident lounge, business center and parking. The community is scheduled for completion in fall 2022.

“We’ve been seeing a strong demand in the South Florida market, which has become very attractive to incoming students eager to socialize and learn in an in-person setting once again, while experiencing the beautiful Florida weather,” says David Helfrich, president of development at Aspen Heights Partners. “Aspen Heights Tampa will be an exciting opportunity for students to be close to campus while also maintaining an off-campus living experience at a truly unique property.”
