Aspen Heights to Develop Two Properties at Texas A&M for Summer 2017

by Scott Reid

College Station, Texas — Aspen Heights will develop approximately 1,300 beds in the College Station, Texas area. Both projects will begin construction in early summer 2016 with a scheduled delivery of summer 2017.

An estimated 800 beds of the 1,300 beds will feature the Aspen Heights cottage product with the amenities package Aspen Heights has offered throughout the United States. Approximately 500 of the 1,300 beds will be constructed in a four-story garden-style community.

According to Greg Henry, CEO and founder of Aspen Heights, stated, “Texas A&M University and Blinn College continue to increase enrollment, but more importantly, people are staying in College Station after their college years to start careers in the local community. Developing two different properties will give residents a variety in the Aspen Heights brand.”

Aspen Heights is the builder and manager for both properties. An architect for each property will be named late fall 2015.
