Asset Campus Awarded Management of Three Student Housing Communities

Houston, Texas — Houston-based Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of three student housing communities in Texas and Nevada.

New assignments include The Forum at Denton Station, a 1,044-bed community located near the University of North Texas in Denton; The Foundry, a 675-bed community located near The University of Texas-Tyler in Tyler; and The Summit, a 709-bed community located near The University of Nevada-Reno in Nevada.

Amenities at The Forum at Denton Station include a resort-style swimming pool with beach entry, lap pool, indoor basketball court, 24/7 fitness center and business center. The Foundry in Tyler offers one- and two-bedroom units, with amenities including two swimming pools, a sand volleyball court and a top-of-the-line fitness center.

The Summit in Reno offers two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities include a two-story clubhouse, resort-style pool and tanning deck, outdoor barbecue area, hot tub and private study rooms.
