Brockport, N.Y. — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of The Brock, a 401-bed student housing community located near The College at Brockport, State University of New York.
The community is located two blocks from campus, and offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units. The property is currently undergoing upgrades to its clubhouse, game room, study spaces and fitness room, as well as adding new outdoor activities to its amenity list.
