Asset Campus Housing Rebrands as Asset Living

Houston, Texas — Third-party property management firm Asset Campus Housing has rebranded as Asset Living. The Houston-based company currently manages a portfolio of 140,000 beds in 40-plus states. “Our new name, Asset Living, encompasses everything about who we are and where we are going,” says Ryan McGrath, CEO of Asset Living. “The name reflects how the properties we manage serve residents through all of their stages of life — from student housing to multifamily communities to senior living centers.” The company’s rebranding includes a new logo, website and email addresses. Asset Living has also hired a new chief financial officer, chief technology officer and vice president of business development.
