Asset Campus Housing to Manage Charleston Property Opening in 2015

Charleston, S.C. — 930 NoMo is a 430-bed project being developed by CampusWorks, Kayne Anderson and Kaplan Residential.

Charleston, S.C. — Asset Campus Housing will manage CampusWorks Development’s upcoming community in Charleston, South Carolina. 930 NoMo, a 430-bed project that opens in fall 2015, is a joint venture with Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and in partnership with Kaplan Residential. It serves the College of Charleston, and is being billed as Charleston’s most upscale student community, with a rooftop lounge, music and yoga studios, tanning salon and 24-7 fitness facilities.
