Bloomington, Ind., and Tallahassee, Fla. — Asset Campus Housing has recently begun managing two new properties: Park on Morton, with 472 beds near Indiana University, Bloomington, and The Luxe on West Call, a 390-bed property service Florida State University students. Park on Morton offers a three-story, four-bedroom townhouse option as well as one- through four-bedroom flats. In Tallahassee, The Luxe on West Call, which was co-developed by Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners and Trinity Development Group last year. The new property, which opened for the fall 2013 semester, features a zero-entry pool and a Crossfit gym as well as several multi-purpose social corners to gather, study or hold meetings.
