Houston — Asset Living has been awarded management of 10 student housing properties totaling 7,600 beds. Assignments include:
- Heights of Knoxville, located near the University of Tennessee
- The Hills of Harrisonburg, Northview; The Hills of Harrisonburg, Southview; and The Hills of Harrisonburg, Stonegate, all located near James Madison University in Virginia
- Park at Athens, Hillside, and Park at Athens, Lakeside, located near the University of Georgia in Athens
- West 20, located near the University of Florida in Gainesville
- 33 East, located near East Carolina University in Greenville
- One North and One South, located near the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
