HOUSTON — Asset Plus has promoted Ginger Bernstein to multifamily regional supervisor, and TJ Chambers has been promoted to market research coordinator on the Asset Plus Acquisitions and Development Team. Bernstein has 23 years of property management experience. Prior to joining Asset Plus, she served as director of marketing for a portfolio of 4,200 multifamily units with AIMCO. Chambers began his career with Asset Campus Housing in 2003 as a marketing and leasing specialist for The Cambridge @ College Station.
