New York City — Atlas Real Estate Partners has acquired three student housing complexes.
New York City — New York-based Atlas Real Estate Partners has acquired three student housing complexes; two in Texas and one in Massachusetts. Atlas acquired a 172-unit property at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas; and a 100-unit complex at Texas A&M Commerce in Commerce, Texas. The company also purchased a three-property student housing portfolio in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston, close to a number of universities. Atlas acquired two nearby properties in March 2011.
