Austin College, KWA Construction Complete Phase II of Residence Hall Development

Sherman, Texas — Austin College and KWA Construction have opened Phase II of a residence hall development located on the college’s campus in Sherman, Texas. The 43,613-square-foot second phase of development, titled North Flats, was designed by Architecture Demarest. The community offers 38 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units featuring full kitchens, living areas, built-in work stations and washers and dryers.
