B.HOM Student Living Awarded Management of Two Properties in Georgia, Texas

Atlanta and College Station, Texas — B.HOM Student Living has been awarded management of two student housing communities located in Atlanta and College Station, Texas. Properties include Northpoint Crossing, a 1,842-bed mixed-use community located near Texas A&M University; and The Mix, a 685-bed community serving students attending Georgia State University in Atlanta. Northpoint Crossing offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units alongside ground floor retail. The Mix offers one-, two- ,three- and four-bedroom units alongside shared amenities including a rooftop lounge, fitness center and recording studio. “The addition of Northpoint Crossing and The Mix to B.HOM’s portfolio of managed properties are cornerstone to our growth in our new platform with BH Companies,” says Andrew Stark, chairman and executive vice president of B.HOM Student Living.
