Dallas — Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions has reached financial close on a $38 million third phase of development for Northside, a mixed-use student housing community located near the University of Texas at Dallas. The property is being built in partnership with developer Wynne/Jackson and equity partner Star America. The third phase of the project is set to deliver in July 2020 and will include 370 beds of student housing. Architecture Demarest designed the community, which will be built by Dallas-based Andres Construction.
