Dallas — Newmark has hired Ben Roelke as executive managing director and Ian Walker as senior managing director of the firm’s student housing debt and structured finance group.
Roelke and Walker will be based in Newmark’s Dallas office and will partner with Ryan Lang, vice chairman and head of student housing, as well as Trent Houchin, Jack Brett and Ben Harkrider.
