Berkadia Arranges $5.1 Million Sale of Student Housing Community Near Jacksonville State University

Jacksonville, Ala. — Berkadia has arranged the $5.1 million sale of Park Place Apartments, a student housing community consisting of three buildings located near Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Caleb Frizzell of Berkadia arranged the disposition of the community to Hubbard Properties on behalf of the seller, Southside Apartment Company. Birmingham, Alabama-based ServisFirst Bank secured debt for the transaction.
