State College, Pa. — CA Student Living has purchased a parcel on the eastside of downtown State College for $7.5 million for the possibility of developing student housing.
Chicago-based CA Student Living could build an 11-story, 124-foot building at 538 E. College Ave. that would serve the students of Penn State University, according to local reports.
The location is currently home to an Irish pub, which has currently leased the building until 2017.
