Cal State Fullerton Advancing 1,050-Bed Student Housing Project

The new facilities will double the university’s on-campus housing stock

Fullerton, Calif. — Construction is advancing for 1,050 beds of new student housing on the campus of California State University – Fullerton. Phase III of the school’s housing master plan will contain a combination of dorm-style and suite-style housing, and is being designed primarily for newly admitted students. Each floor of the residence hall will contain study areas as well as active rooms containing gaming stations, ping pong tables and billiards. Additional amenities will include computer labs, a fitness center, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces with basketball and volleyball courts as well as barbecue areas. A new dining hall is also being constructed. Completion is slated for this fall.
