Campus Advantage Adds 4,000 Beds to Management Portfolio

Austin, Texas — Austin-based Campus Advantage has added 4,000 beds to its portfolio of managed student housing properties over the past 90 days.

The seven new properties include One Easton, serving the University of Delaware in Newark; Launch, serving Purdue University in West Lafayette; Axis 360, serving the University of Buffalo in Buffalo; Eagles Reserve, serving Auburn University in Auburn; Arcadia, serving Georgia College in Milledgeville; The Millennium, serving the University of Oklahoma in Norman; and Broad Street Commons, serving the State University of New York in Plattsburgh. With these latest additions, the company now manages 40 properties and more than 25,000 beds.
