Campus Advantage Awarded Management of Two Communities in Texas

Arlington and Austin, Texas — Campus Advantage has been awarded management of two new student housing communities in Texas.

Appointments include Skyloft, an approximately 677-bed community located near the University of Texas in Austin; and Liv+, a 789-bed community located near the University of Texas at Arlington. Both properties are expected to open in fall 2018, with pre-leasing to begin this summer. Austin-based agency Catalyst will be partnering with Campus Advantage at both properties to assist with branding and marketing of the developments.
