Campus Evolution Villages Acquires Five-Asset Portfolio in Four Southeastern University Markets

acquired this property in Statesboro, Ga.
New York, N.Y. —
Campus Evolution Villages has acquired five student housing properties at four universities that comprise approximately 2,000 beds. The firm has acquired 408 beds near Murray State University in Murray, Ky.; 288 beds near Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky.; 480 beds at one property and 288 at another near Clemson University in Clemson, S.C.; and 528 beds near Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga. The company now owns or manages 17 assets and says that it expects more acquisitions to close this year.
